Assessment criteria form for recognised schemes

This form is to be completed by standards and schemes seeking assessment to be accepted under the ASC Feed Standard for Due Diligence Pathway 4. For each criterion please give your answer and provide evidence through links, for example website pages or standard documents. Please reference page numbers where applicable.

Some criteria may not be applicable, for example the criteria under section 4 'Standard content' are separated depending on the scope of certification (ingredient manufacturer, plant ingredient or marine ingredient). Enter 'n/a' if this is the case.

Note 1: all criteria are required and are considered equally important.
Note 2: the normative scope of a standard which addresses the risk factors must also be included in the audit scope of the standard to be accepted as 'low risk'. For example, if a standard prohibits both deforestation and child labour, but the child labour requirement is not subject to an audit (for example only a self-declaration), the standard will only be considered low risk for deforestation, not child labour.
